RADIANTE LIGHT ART STUDIO
Radiante Light Art Studio is a collective of multidisciplinary creators rooted in light art and the performing arts. Its focus is on the development of works that fuse light, video scene and interaction with performers or users, thus exploring new forms of expression and meaning.
With a career marked by the creation, reinterpretation and resignification of spaces through light, Radiante Light Art Studio has been recognized for its innovation and technological design. Among its distinctions is the prestigious José María Yturralde award, granted by the five public universities of Valencia, in recognition of its contribution to design and technological innovation.
Among their most recent achievements is their participation in the Bright Festival in Florence, with the work “Worlds of Light”, as well as their collaboration in the design and lighting of the show “Ultrabelleza” by María José Llergo for Sony Music. In 2022 they created their first scenic and site-specific work Ruido Blanco together with Luna and Panorama de los escarabajos, a work that draws on the museological, the poetic and the performative (it was exhibited at Teatre el Musical València in the 2022 and 2023 seasons).
They have also created the immersive audiovisual shows of the Encesa Turia, (Centre cultural La Nau, 2019), and the installation Los desastres de la guerra by the renowned artist Daniel García Andújar (Consorci de Museus CV, 2018). They have travelled to the famous Burning Man festival in Nevada in the USA, illuminating the Renaixement falla (Pink intruder, 2016). They have also designed immersive light sculptures such as Kuppel (CCCC, 2023), Paisatges de llum (CCCC, 2022), TedxUPValència (UPV, 2018-2023) and the Valencian Culture Table (Department of Culture, 2015) among others.
They have designed the video scenes for shows such as VALENCiANA, la realitat no és suficient (IVC, 2019), Anna i la màquina del temps (Escalante center Teatro, 2019). They have also been responsible for the lighting design and audiovisual technical development of Lluna (Escalante-Horta teatre, 2021), nominated for best lighting at the 2021 Valencian Performing Arts Awards. Manuel Conde has been in charge of these processes in the works Alexandria (IVC, 2018), Dystopia
(PanicMap, 2016) and Harket Protocolo (PanicMap, 2012).
The studio is also behind an immersive and interactive space in the Manhattan restaurant (Voltereta, 2020). They designed the stage and lighting for the Media Awards 2020 gala in Luxembourg, which also featured one of their audiovisual shows (Maison Moderne and RTL Luxemburg). The I Nit de Circvalencià was also celebrated under the light of Radiante (Teatre Principal de València, 2018).
